1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit a site. It allows the site to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, ensure the proper functioning of certain features and, in some cases, measure audience or personalize content.
This policy describes how the Fantino House uses cookies on fantinolux.com, as well as how you can control their placement.
2. Cookies used by fantinolux.com
The House distinguishes four categories of cookies:

3. Your consent
On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept, refuse or customize your choice. Only the cookies strictly necessary for the functioning of the site are placed without prior consent; all other cookies are only activated after your explicit agreement.
Your choice is saved for a period of six (6) months, after which the banner reappears. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "Manage my cookies" link in the footer.
4. Management via your browser
You can also block or delete cookies directly from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Note, however, that completely blocking them may prevent the normal use of certain features: cart, customer account, configurator, language preferences.
5. Retention period
Cookies are kept for the minimum period necessary for their purpose, up to a maximum of thirteen (13) months, in accordance with the recommendations of the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD). Beyond this, new consent is required.
6. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are placed by third parties acting on behalf of the House (audience measurement, security, technical integrations). These third parties are bound to the House by agreements compliant with the GDPR and this policy. The up-to-date list is available in the preference management module.
7. Your rights

8. Changes
This policy may evolve according to our tools and the regulatory framework. The version in force is the one published on fantinolux.com. Any substantial change is notified by a visible banner.
